2010 Emiliana 'Natura' Chardonnay - Casablanca Valley, Chile 375 ml

This organic Chardonnay has a drop (1%) of Sauvignon Blanc and was harvested by hand in the Casablanca Valley. It is very fresh and fruit-forward, with pineapple, melon and mineral flavors, plus a subtle nutty note since 50% of the wine spent 5 months in oak. This wine is also vegan and sustainably produced. Pair with spicy fish and shellfish, fried seafood or grilled chicken. This is a half bottle.
