2010 J. Bouchon Unoaked Chardonnay - Maule Valley, Chile

This 100% Chardonnay was bottled from estate fruit in the Maule Valley, under the direction of French-Chilean winemaker Patrick Valette. It's a medium-bodied, fruit-driven Chardonnay bursting with white peach and orange blossom aromas. The palate has ripe, flavorful fruit notes with crisp adicity that might remind you of Verdejo from Spain. Try with rich cheeses, pasta with creamy sauce, tapas or fried fish.
