The Garces Silva family's Amayna vineyards are located in the Leyda Valley between the Coastal Mountain Range and Pacific Ocean. Poor soils and gentle ocean breezes create a Sauvignon Blanc with great intensity, floral aromas and fresh, exotic fruit. This is a full, balanced white wine that pairs well with goat cheese, shellfish and mild fish. Can age three years.
