2008 Casa Marin 'Miramar Vineyard' Riesling - San Antonio Valley, Chile

Vina Casa Marin is owned and operated by Maria Luz Marin, in a steep, rocky region just 4 km from the ocean in the San Antonio Valley. The Riesling is bone dry with varietally-correct petrol aromas and crisp acidity. It has more powerful citrus flavors than a European Riesling, with a great texture and a long finish. It pairs well with light foods that are seasoned with fresh herbs, soy sauce and other delicate but savory flavors.
