Pisco Control tells its story from the view of its fascinating world of origin and production. A trip through its distinct production stages, from the picking of the grape, maceration, fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling, it will show how it becomes such a masterpiece. This almost magical process shows how the noble distillation gives Control its identifying characteristics, awarding the unequivocal color, flavor and aroma. Notes of dry fruit, prune and raisins, fused with aromas from the American Oak and toasted hazelnuts, and touches of vanilla and caramel, creating a Pisco of grand character with a round and consistent body.
